Awe some efficient service

I would like to completiment your team for a Stella service I received on the 24th Dec. Courier company could not deliver my meds due to holidays and had ran out of my med, I dealt with a lady by the name of Mpho who tried to resolve the matter and arrange for me to go to the nearest pharmacy to collect my meds however(Upon my arrival the pharmacy I could not use my medical aid as the courier company had sent a claim, so I decided to pay cash and reported the matter back to your consultants. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Impi (super efficient and professional ), he assured me that he was going to liaise with the pharmacy to refund me and organise me the correct meds and within 10 min I received a call back from Impi to go back to the pharmacy to get my money back and I was issued with the correct meds.....thank to Impi for assisting me in what seemed to be an emergency. ..and thank you Mpho too for your service
