Authorization for Spinal cord procedure decline
Umvuzo decline my authorization for spinal cord procedure, they said is not covered on my plan. But everytime I go for review to the specialist they authorize with the same problem, to my surprise now is not covered when I needed this procedure for me to work for my kids as the pain is severe everyday. I'm disappointed
