Authorization for medical procedure
Very very poor customer service. Lots of excuses not to pay for services. Not answering calls and no use to make use of that call back service because they never call you back.Im forever sorry that I joined them. My former Medical Aid was much better.Its been a whole week after requesting daily for them to call me back must go for operation next week and need authorization but they didn't bother to assist me.
