Authorization and client customer care
No sense of professionalism, the call centre is taking too long to respond, does not see the urgency in any request given, slow to answer and understand, so changing schemes. I can not wait. Would not recommend this scheme to anyone. They can be classified as GOVERNMENT SCHEME.
