Authorisation nightmare

I am sick of excuses for not getting the authorisation I need for Tuesday for hospital and a procedure that needs to be done. I struggled from yesterday because the person giving the authorisation has left early, but dont worry he will look at it and needs to respond within 8hours well 8hours has passed long time ago.
