Application for medical aid PMB
Why do we have to struggle when we inquire about what is due to us? My psychologist has already submitted a form to apply for medical aid PMB, yet it takes ages to get a response. But when it comes to deducting their fees at the end of the month, they do it so quickly. I’m currently suffering because my medical aid doesn’t seem to care about my mental health. How much longer should we have to wait for a response?

As discussed with one of our service consultants, you were informed that in order to qualify for additional Psych PMB sessions, you will need to exhaust your current supplementary benefit limit. Once your balance reaches zero, authorization will be required for each session with your psychologist for the remainder of the year.
