Angry declined member

Good day I m concerned with the number of declines one gets from umvuzo. At the moment my fiancee has to be operated n the scheme cnt even pay for tht 15k needed by the hospital. Is this scheme only good for pills over the counter. Are we paying thousands every month to be declined whn it comes to serious matters of our health.
