417719 Begging for an authorisation, like I do not pay my medical aid

I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life before 🤞🏽

You treat your members like they’re ********s, like I asked to slip and fall in the shower… I feel like I am beggar! I was probably supposed to stay home with this pain according to these ****ers!

I really have no words for how ****ed up the medical aid scheme is🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

Now they sending an administrator to ask if i am a member on the spinal program… God knows these people are useless

And here we are still waiting for Hospital Authorisation for my hospital admission, a million questions from this ****ed medical aid.. Documents being completed left right and centre, still no ****ing authorisation.
Being in the hospital and stressing for a ****ing authorisation 🤣😂🤣😂 really man come the **** on!!!

Most useless medical aid ever. I should have just stayed on Discovery
