Travel Booking From Hell

In Jan-2019, our family used the services of Jan Jenkins (UMVUSELELO) to book a ski holiday in France. After making a large deposit we requested that she provide us with the booking confirmation from Club Med.

Two months later we have not received any confirmation that the funds, deposited into UMVUSELELO’s bank account, have been used for the intended purpose. We fear for the worst as no confirmations/refunds have been received even after laying ******** charges against her.
