POOR TREATMENT UMUZI LODGE

We were there staying over Christmas but the staff didn’t make it pleasant. From the rude receptionist to the ************** we experienced from the bar tender and pool area supervisor! So disgusted by how black people treat each other sometimes.

This place is so disorganized yet these pathetic staff members mentioned insist on enforcing their so called rules when and how it suits them. We get to the pool area and has to set up for ourselves, do they start working only at 11am??? What do guests do in the meantime? Totally unacceptable

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BORING LODGE!
