Such bad service by Mtiza electricity umtata

Electricity went off Wednesday 16th December in umtata and came back in the evening. When it came back in some areas of Bhongweni in umtata it didn't come back due to a fault with the electricity pole apparently. Since Wednesday evening we've been calling them but even today Saturday the 19th they still have not been here to fix it. People got paid in the 15th and bought groceries for December now all that food is spoiled. We have even called and sent messages to the guys whose supposed to be the supervisor but no response. The mtiza call centre agents are soo silly with so much attitude, the technician I even worse. Yesterday on Friday the technician said they were on their way here and they got lost and went back. If they were getting lost are they not supposed to call and ask or confirm directions. Then another technician called our neighbour and they told him to wait on the road for them, when he got there and called them they said they started somewhere else. So much disrespect, making old people go back and forth. Where is Eskom, if there's agents are not going to provide good service can we go back to being serviced directly by eskimo. If we were under eskom this would have been sorted out long time ago. Mtiza provide service like they are doing us a favour.
