umsuka se mali more deduction on airtime bills

Airtime deduction on umsuka app they have deducted more money for my airtime bill for 2 months in a row i have sent So many email and a guy by the name ongani rep**** on 11 March 2024 that they are busy with refunds but till today i have not received any refunds
