I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Umsuka Wemali, which operates under the Fidelity Security Group. Despite numerous attempts to contact Umsuka Wemali directly, I have consistently encountered a lack of response, as their contact number remains unanswered. Consequently, I have had to resort to reaching out through Fidelity Security Services, yet even then, my calls are frequently disconnected during the transfer process, particularly when lodging a complaint.

The crux of the issue lies in an account previously held with Umsuka Wemali, which has since been transferred to the Nimble Group. I have settled this account in full over three months ago. However, my primary concern now is the clearance of my name from the credit bureau records, a matter that significantly impacts my credit score. Despite my efforts to resolve this through Umsuka Wemali, including warnings of escalating the matter to public platforms such as Hello Peter and the media, I have received no assistance or acknowledgment of my request.

This situation has left me in need of guidance on the appropriate steps to take in order to rectify my credit standing. Any direction or assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
