Hayabusa

Took my Hayabusa for a service and front shock seals, they collected my bike and delivered after service was done-excellent. Then I noticed that one bolt missing on the seat, called them and they supp**** one for free, again while on a ride I noticed that one bolt at the top of the shock brackets were missing and the other one loose, I immediately called them and their reply was I will get back to you which they didn't. It is very disappointing how they assemble after a service.
