No running water at Umphakathi Square

It is so saddening to note that Umphakathi Square in Mohlakeng, Randfontein has no running water for the past month. This centre houses big retail brands such as Shoprite, Chicken Licken, Roots Butchery etc. Worse off, they still allow customers to use their pay toilet knowing well that there is no running water. Shocking!
