Umove Shuttles-Payment Refunds that don’t exist

I have made a booking for a trip that my dad had to take from Bushbuckridge to Pretoria with Umove Shuttles (iwww.umoveshuttle.co.za) in August 2024. I have paid and emailed the proof of payment. My dad’s trip had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, and have notified Umove Shuttles on time about it so that we can have our refund paid back. I was told to send my account details so that they can pay the refund and to look at the terms of their services with regards to the cancellations. Our cancellation for the trip was before 24 hours of the shuttle departure, which means we had to be refunded what we have paid. I have followed up on when the payment will be done, and was told that the payment was done and will reflect from my side on the 19th August 2024. Well, no refund has been received from Umove Shuttles. I have tried sending emails and calling with no luck. I would like to warn each and every South African to be careful of Umove Shuttles as they are *****ing people moneys ( mostly the vulnerable). They are an active travel business which commits ***** day light and ***** from poor South Africans. This matter will be escalated to the relevant authorities.
