uMove Shuttle buses owners are disrespectful and ******.

There is shuttle called U- Move, it has an orange color branding, the company is apparently owned by some man by the name of Sizwe. The website is www.umoveshuttle.co.za. They operate between Mpumalanga and Gauteng. I had made a booking for my mother around April/ May 2023, I paid, and he confirmed pick up station, time and date. I spoke to him in the morning of the departure day to confirm the logistics around it, he confidently confirmed that he will send a driver to pick up my mom, after hours and hours of waiting, he was nowhere to be found, I eventually took my mom back to my house, his phone was switched off and I was blocked for a good 2 months. Eventually I had to send my people to look for him and found him where he resides in Hazyview. He reached out to me promising to refund my money. To this date he has not refunded my money, it is not a lot of money but the way he handled himself shows how extremely disrespectful he is towards the customers and shows exactly how he is a ***** and unprofessional. Anyone thinking of using his shuttles, be warned of this *****, he goes around taking money from old people and deliver zero service. I will tarnish his name and I want the world to know the kind of ****py services he offers.
