Uber drivers bad ill-treating customers at Umlazi mega city mall

On Saturday 31st May 2025 I visited Umlazi Mega City Mall for shopping at Spar and Boxer since they have specials. I was so disappointed with the Uber drivers services. I was with my 3 kids and I went to them and asked them for a ride to Isipingo. Firstly they were arguing at each other on who came first, they were even pulling at each other while we were waiting for them to assist us. It got worse when they started swearing at each while we were watching and not being assisted. One of them came to us from the side and asked where we're going and we told him we're going to Isipingo, he then said no he won't go there and used a very strong language to me and my kids. We ended up leaving and they then screamed at us swearing. I don't know if it was a good idea to allow those hobos to come and stand there, they don't even have a reporting office, they can say whatever to us the way they want to. This gives a bad reputation to the entire mall, they don't know what customer service is all about and that is affecting the business that is being run inside the mall. I am a very angry and disappointed customer and need action to be taken. They stand at the entrance/Exit and pull our trollies and when we ask for service they start swearing and fighting each other. This is too much and would appreciate if the center can assist properly.
