In September 2024, I was called by MTN, declaring my debt of cellphone contract. On the 4th October 2024 I submitted my ID documents and affidavit at MTN mega city and also vericredit *** stating that I never OPENED any contract with them. Since that day, I have been waiting for outcome, follow up email was sent in March 2025 I was told I need to submit the same documents again, this has blocked me from getting loans and house finance.
