No Compassion for my sick 3 year old baby girl.

We were turned away today at 13:48. When asked by Reception if the doctor on duty can see one more patient, he/she answered No! He's rushing to the hospital. Yes, we were late but it was before 14hOO which is the closing time. It would not have taken more than 10 minutes for my daughter to be examined. We then had to drive all the way to St Augustine's Hospital in Glenwood, in this terrible rainy weather. I am so disappointed in the way we were treated. It was so unprofessional and showed a lack of compassion on the doctor's part. I have never had such a bad experience at the centre and I especially loved how they treat/examine my kid's when they are unwell. Words cannot begin to describe how disappointed I am.
