Umlazi reserve poor service and dirty accomodation.

Dear all My wife and I had the most upsetting night staying at Umlazi game reserve in Mtunzini kzn. We stayed in chalet no 9, the chalet was dirty the sheets had dropping on it, the curtains where burned. Fishing at the lagoon, we further had drunk day visitors partying with loud music at the lagoon. This is now in a game reserve, so nobody can relax where we paid R1200 a night and the day visitors pay R60 per person. There is a big sign infront at the main gate stating no alcohol allowed? After reporting this loud music to security nothing happened? I escalated this to the hospitality manager Alice, she was not apologitic at all and just try to find excuses for every item. I demanded a full refund but was refused. What use to be a gem in Mtunzini is now a dump. I will not recommend anybody to make any bookings there. I will never go back there.
