Disgusting treatment from internal staff

I was attending the clinic to go collect medication and from when you enter the premises you just get disgusting treatment from all the staff. There's a security guard whose a Male and has no way what so ever in talking to individuals and will embarrass you if you are asking a question . The fact that you ask that question clearly means you don't have any knowledge of that issue . Then there the admin clerks who are so slow and don't understand how it is to work with the community and even when they look for your file you wait almost an hour due to them busy assisting other side people which may be there friends of family and there's no sense of urgency in what they do. The toilets are filthy to the core sies I can't believe for a place of health there's a filthy place here. You wait so long no organization s****s or delegating which room you must go too . This issue all began with the lazy admin clerks with no smiles and do there own thing . Once you in the consultation room there no confidentiality as other people hear what is wrong with you and they shout and scream . What happened to having a one on one session with a nurse and get your treatment and leave . They don't have care for patients nurses take there lunch and patients wait now and nobody is assisted in the interim. I am applaud by the treatment this clinic has and no sense of urgency is important to them . Clerks nurses busy laugh in the corridor but patients still wait and don't bear in mind that they woke up early to get assistance. People management s****s must be urgently in this clinic and Time Management s****s must be taught to that staff so they know the importance of sense of urgency Is vital .
