EXTREMELY BAD AND POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

On the 9th of June 2024, I paid R922 to Mklomelo Sumsang repairs for a technician call out fee and for my washing machine diagnosis. The white lady that answers their What's App line only responded 3 days later saying, a technician would be dispatched on the 13th which NEVER HAPPENED.

Ever since then, there was NO communication whatsoever until the 23rd after several IGNORED what's app calls where the lady gave me another appointment date. I WAITED and WAITED TO NO AVAIL until I called again only to be told that the technician CANNOT make it at the set time.

After almost a month of a BAD, *********, UNPROFESSIONAL service from Mklomelo, I REQUESTED a REFUND. Again the white lady asked for my banking details. It's now 2 WEEKS LATER and she deliberately IGNORES all messages and calls from me.

I REGRET TRUSTING THIS BOGUS COMPANY and giving them the benefit of doubt against BAD REVIEWS they get from Sumsung customers.

I want my refund and THEY ADVANTAGE of DESPERATE CUSTOMERS ****MING THEM AND DE*****ING them of payment and NO or PATHETIC SERVICE Delivery.

I am taking the matter with a collections lawyer because most customers give up and let it go but I won't donate my hard earned money to such a company.
