Rude and disrespectful security guard

I visited the Cleary Park shopping mall today 2023/01/21 at about 13h30 and during my conversation with one of the Umkhombe security services employee, Richard Billet ( His colleague ) just rudely and direcpectfully barged in.

When addressed him about his behavior he then became very aggressive and rude to me. This is extremely unacceptable and I do not appreciate the manner in which he spoke to me.

I want him to be removed from this site as he is not fit to render a service to me or any other person for that matter. Please attend to this matter with great urgency and also let me know when he will be removed from the site.
