Brand new smartphone faulty

<p>I purchased a new Umi Rome X smartphone from Zasttra.com. It was delivered on 9 Jan 2017. On trying to mount my sim I found that the 2 sim slots are of inferior design. My sim card is damaged as well as both sim slots.</p> <p>Zasttra will not assist , I am hopeful that Xiaomi will assist me when they see this post .</p>
