Worst holiday ever Umhlodti holiday resort unit 801

I recently booked Unit 801 Umlodti Holiday resort for 5 nights and the service of both Natasha and Chrustelle at Umlodti Coastal letting and condition of the unit was absolutely disgusting.

The TV did not work at all The fan did not work The upstairs shower door was broken The toilet ran continuously The cleanliness of the bathrooms linen and toilets was disgusting The patio tables and braai on patio was broken and rusted beyond use Even with sending numerous messages and telephone calls neither one of the two staff members even bothered to deal with issues .

I have all messages,excuses and pictures to confirm above.

This company ,the two staff and property owner should never be allowed to operate and let out units like this to unsuspecting public who work very hard and look forward to enjoying a end of year holiday
