uMhlathuze Municipality has poor service delivery when it comes to black communities

<p>My name is Aubrey from Mandlazini Agri village Richards Bay, KZN. Our local municipality is uMhlathuze Municipality. On the 19 April 2017 my electricity cable was ******. I registered a case with SAPS and reported the incident with our locla municipality. they demanded that I pay R2500 before they replace the power cable. I have been without electricity so far and today is the 04 May 2017. I did make the payment of R2500on the 26 of April 2017. This is so unfortunate that we are given terrible service like this simple because we are an african community. Bad Bad Bad service!!!</p>
