Umhlathuze Municipalities failure to community

We as a community around the Sports COMPLEX in Richardsbay that are fighting a battle with Umhlathuze Municipality Richardsbay for years now trying to get public conserts moved to the Community Hall, as noise around the Complex is a BIG PROBLEM which Umhlathuze municipality are not able to solve or just they choose to ignore. Every big concert or party is been held at this Sporting Complex or regular basis with the community complaining but next weekend just another party or concert making noise. This noise is always over weekends and carries on till late some time 6am, music so loud that it can be heard from town center all the way to Birdswood suburb. All effected suburbs are Veldenvlei, Arboretum, WildenWeide and Birdswood. This will be millions of unhappy residents. Please we need help and we need sleep.
