I am a very angry resident

This morning of the 08th October 2015 i went to the library in need of a Proof of Resident around 7:15 am and they told me to come back at 8:30 or visit the Municipality and i went straight to municipality as i came in the girl who was sitting at the Tourism desk she was on her phone so was the guy next to her i waited till they were done. first ting she said to me what do you want? and i said a Proof of Resident please. she said where do you stay i told her at 979 on Pearls and she was like where is that? i told her it across the road. she was like the guy next to me he's gonna help you in a very rude way. so i told the guy what i wanted and he gave me a long list with names of the streets and i didn't know the name. he than told to take the number and call the Councillor i took the number but i didn't call anyone i went back to flat search for the name of the road and i went to library where they told me that the Councillor has gone to the meeting at the municipality i went back to the same Tourism desk i explained to the guy what has happened and he was very rude again he told me that he doesn't keep those letters with him and after that they laughed at me both of them.
