Baffled and disappointed

What a great disappointment! A municipality that is mostly run by *********** and rude people. This municipality doesn't give a damn about the people of Hillview, electricity transformers are always faulty, we can't cook, work or charge our phones. Even when maintenance has to take place, no one tells us or gives notice, other Empangeni white neighborhoods never have this problem. NEVER. Water meters are always busted and even when youcall for the municipality for help, they come late at night just to look and leave. The storm water drains stink up the whole neighborhood. You never see this in white residential areas!!

Hillview has no community hall for community meetings, no proper park, no out door community gym, the counselor is no where to be seen!

We understand very well about load shedding, but, why is it when the electricity is supposed to commence it takes another 1 or 2 hours?? This only happens in Hillview
