Disgusting service!

Disgusted with the service I received from the owner of the guest house - Belinda. I purchased a voucher on Friday 02/11/2018 I contacted Belinda immediately for a booking for the 12th of October Monday she said I Must email and she will reply. Numerous emails have been sent, I have sent whatsapp messages which she reads and does not reply. She said there is a space available asked me to forward additional information which I did and I never heard of her ever since. I called her this morning and she said I can't call her I must email her - which is a big joke if she rep**** to my emails then I wouldn't have to call her....she said she will reply to my email. At this point I don't want to even stay there for the service I have received. It is pathetic as this is already paid for my partner and I have waited the whole week as it's our anniversary on Monday. I want a refund which is going to be another hassle!!!
