Poor customer service

These guys were used in a geyser repair. I was under the understanding that my geyser was going to be replaced with a new unit and the unit was going to be place outside as ceiling access was poor. These guys get to my premises with a unit to put in my ceiling. The roof was opened to do this. <br> Their people are extremely rude to me during this time. my concern was that I did not want to infer with the roof as its 50 years old.
