UIB Insurance brokers in Umhlanga Durban - shocking business ethic

Please do not expect any answers or help from this company. From the bottom to the top management they are just impossible to deal with. Service is not in their business ethic. I have had two ********** experiences with this company over this last year and there is absolutely no way to get responses from them. Emails go unanswered and leaving a message is pointless. They are never available and once they know who you are, the staff are always in meetings. They cannot be re**** on
