LACK OF EVERYTHING. COMMUNICATION/SERVICE ALLES ... if I could give them zero stars I would them less than that. I've been dealing with 2 ppl from this business. One is seemingly a manager at this point I think doesn't know what she is doing. Matumi Sands Estate based in Fourways together with UIB don't seem to know which documents are required by Hollard to process claim. I've been waiting almost a year and the excuse is always the same lack of supporting documents. Stay away from these companies, they do not deserve your money. The worst part is all of them do not respond to emails, when you phone they're in meetings. Sies! Revolting service from them.
