Nightmare treatment

This agency handles apartment 26 Cormoran on 80 Lagoon Driive, Durban. What a nightmare! They sent half baked information, resulting in my family unable to get into the apartment after driving over 6hours to get to Durban. The agent was unreachable, resulting in us having to book an overnight hotel- hardly the best way to start a short break in Durban. I wish that had been the worst of it, but no: on the last day, I got awful, awful treatment. Got carted away like some ******** or worse- expired *******. The agent literally walked into the apartment while I was still packing to leave, 15mins before communicated check-out time. The worst ever treatment to be meted out to any individual, anywhere. Rude, unprofessional, just awful!
