Disgusted medical treatment
I am extremely appalled with the treatment that I received for my daughter who was in extreme pain. Dr L Naidu spoke to us about what foods to feed our child and what's good for her. He checked her chest with a stethoscope only knowing that she was in pain from her anal area which he did not even look at. He then asked me to administer 2 suppositories and a fleet anema ( which expired 09/2025 , which was given to us on the 26/09 after 9pm) and he left the room and I did not see him after that. The receptionist was present in the room when i administered the suppositories to my daughter she then brought a card machine and asked us to pay R850. I am not a medical practitioner. I could have administered the medication incorrectly infact another lady did a courtesy call the next day and I advised that my daughter did not pass any stool and she resisted the fleet anema , Dr L naidu was meant to call me back but I had no communication since. I contacted Dr Naidu by email and expressed my concerns. he insisted on speaking to me telephonically and not on email. eventually when i got a response on email he refused to assist with direct answers to why he did not give my daughter the meds or why he was not present when i was giving her the suppositories. THEY ARE EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SO CALLED CLINIC ESPCIALLY IF YOU HAVE A BABY GIRL. THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE QUICK MONEY AND THEY PROVIDE VERY POOR MEDICAL TREATMENT. THE DOCTOR NEVER BOTHERED TO EVEN ASK ME IF I CAN OR WANT TO GIVE MY BABY 2 SUPPOSITORIES HE JUST ASSUMED I WILL AND LEFT THE ROOM. PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
