Bad customer service reg faulty router replacement

So I bought an Asus router from them last year November for an exorbitant amount of money I was desperate at the time and trusted the owner Mahen sadly and my mistake it eventually stopped working a few days ago I know it hasn't been a year n I had the box and cable so I called and returned it I get a call telling me that the adapter is missing etc....I had asked for a cash refund I am told I will get a replacement instead.....what am I going to do with a spare router....hence me asking for cash.....its sad but Mahen service is extremely bad and that's putting it mildly I am extremely disappointed n sad
