Extremely Disappointed – Unhygienic Toilets in a Supposedly Upmarket Mall

I’m really disappointed by the shocking state of the toilets at this mall. For a centre located in an area like Umhlanga, you'd expect at least the basic standards of cleanliness to be met — but that’s far from the reality.

The toilets are often dirty, smell terrible, and clearly aren’t maintained regularly. What’s worse is that even staff facilities are just as bad, which puts people's health at serious risk. I personally know someone working there who’s faced ongoing health issues due to the poor hygiene standards.

It’s honestly unacceptable that a mall aiming for a premium image would overlook something so important. Management really needs to take this seriously and address the issue — both for the sake of customers and the people who work there every day.
