UMHLANGA CABANAS CANCELLED US BECAUSE THEY HAD OVERBOOKED

We booked and paid to stay at Umhlanga Cabanas in Umhlanga and travelled to the holiday resort and we had checked in and was settling in at the apartment that we booked. whilst settling in we were telephoned from reception to say that we need to vacate the premises immediately and come down to reception and give them back the keys as the booking has been cancelled and they advised that they cannot assist . We had to leave and travel back home on the same day . My husband only checked his email a day later and this was the email : Important update: Reservation *** at Umhlanga Cabanas Hi ***X,

This was very alarming- we were already in Umhlanga when this email was sent. No one tried to call us and Musgrave is not 1 mile away but a whole city away and not near any holiday areas . Poor service . We had booked and paid on the 14 January 2022 but was only refunded on the 21 January 2022. How were we going to pay for the other hotel anyway!
