Worst treatment from umhlanga apart hotel

Im very unhappy with my stay first of all when got there the staff was all over the place then i checked in and then was told i had to pay an extra R300 breakage fee which was not mention on Agoda after that i had called in and paid for the room to be decorated and set up as it was my wife's birthday and was supposed to be a surprise. To my surprise when I got there the staff was confused and running around to sort the room out after I had ask them if everything is in order .then we were given the card to go to our room when got to the main door to access the room the doesn't work with the card . i then get a staff member to try and help and they seem confused as hell she then opens with her card and tells me they will sort it out i say ok and proceed to the room my wife opens and the rooms looks like they just put what they had laying around ,said to me they will add candles and make the room look nice ,only to find the room not having any candles and looking horrible .we then go to get our stuff from the car and then get locked outside again go to reception and ask them to help they say it will be sorted out but still didn't get sorted we had to keep getting staff members to open for us .then @7 in the morning people are drilling above your hear and banging .THIS IS ridiculous im very very disappointed in the umhlanga apart hotel for spoiling my wife's birthday and for how *********** they are .ILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.when calling back to complain and get my query sorted out the staff keeps giving me the run around and the attitude is next level .Please can my refund and my concerns be addressed asap and provide me with feedback.THE Manager keeps promising me feedback and telling me he'll let me know when my money will be refunded and then he ignores my message .
