Umhlanga Accommodation

We stayed at one of the apartments they rent out in Umhlanga early in June 2018, and two months later, and after several requests, our deposit has not yet been refunded. The property was also in a poor state of repair. Workers had access to our unit via a common balcony, construction was underway during our stay, the beach gate was not working, we had to park out on the street one night as there was no space available inside, and the lift did not work. Not a great stay, but avoiding our requests for the refund due is not acceptable.
