Most horrible experience ever, after driving from the finance department in Boshoff street I was asked to drive up and down between 111 Havalock office which proved to equally inefficient as the bottom office. After making huge amounts of payments being instructed by Bk at the finance office together with his manager. I was told within 72hrs my lights would be put on, arriving each day between the finance office and Havalock , with lies about emails being sent between the finance and Havalock a week after payment I was still without lights. I was instructed to get an electrician to assist me by the manucipality. After my lights had been out for over a week after payment of over 40k. They held a meeting with me saying they received a tip off that I was ******* connected, fun tho they received the funds and didn’t meet deadline then cut my lights. The saddest part is even after speaking to lungile, senior mangers from all offices, I was left without lights till today, as they demand further payments. All tenants left the house which is my only source of income. Today I am letting the lady that was cleaning and the gardener go as I also now have no source of income.
