Umgalelo Africa ****

I've purchased and joined Umgalelo Africa products on 8 June. I've uploaded my tickets but they only approve the R250 joining fee. The lady called me and said i must re submit my ticket for buying the products. i submitted and I still haven't received my products. they don't answer their phone or reply to emails. I went to their shop but it was too full and the line is not moving, i was not assisted, we que the whole day and go back home. I've logged a ticket order 125776 but still not assisted. I feel that this company has ****med me and i want my money back.
