Umgalelo not delivering for paid products

I recently joined Umgalelo.Africa in hopes that I will earn an income considering the fact that I am unemployed. I paid for the products on the 18/11/2021 and waited for delivery of the products since then which was meant to take 3-5 working days. However, to my surprise, they haven't delivered the products till to date. I then decided to go to their offices in Sebenza to check up on my order only to be met by the news that they cannot find my order and that there's nothing they can do. I am deeply saddened as this was my hope to make a living. I need the products or a refund of what was paid to them if they can't deliver
