I want a the company to refund my money of R1500
I bought 3 gold shirts with the amount of R1500.00 in total from clothing store Umfuyi Wezinkomo on the 13th April 2026 with them promising to send it to me within 10 days but the company failed. These items were meant for Umembeso ceremony as gifts to my in-laws. Seeing that the items were not going to reach my address in time I asked for the refund on the 30th of April 2026 which they didn’t. Instead this company sent these items on the 10th of May 2026 and I sent it back on the 13th of May and asked for my refund. The company has been making a lot of promises and lies about refunding my money. They said they made a payment on the 8th of June 2026 but no money reflected on my account. They promised to send me send a proof of payment but never did. On the 11th of June they asked for my banking details but never paid me my money back.
