Breakage deposit ****

<p>It is sad to say that what was to be memorable get-together with a couple of friends, turned sour. We booked 5 family chalets and one camping site.</p> <p>The chalets were reasonably equipped but were there were faults we overlooked it because we were all in a happy mood and decided to share amongst ourselves.</p> <p>We had all meals together and all brought their own cutlery from their chalets for the total of guests in their chalets. All cutleries were mixed up together after every meal. We took turns doing the washing up.</p> <p>By the end of the weekend, all 5 of the ladies from the chalets sorted and counted the cutlery together and there were no shortages. We divided the cutlery as per inventory in the chalet. There was no-one who checked the inventory on our signing out.</p> <p>However when time came to refund our breakage deposits only one chalet was without shortages and the rest of our party was charged for shortages.</p> <p>We all recon that this is a **** from the resort and would like bring it to the attention of other patrons going there in future.</p>
