UMDLOTI LETTING - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

I do not wish to stay at this company's flats any longer, tried to cancel in the correct time frame, they refused. They have basically ****** my money by refusing to refund my deposit in full. This entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I do not wish to ever do business or book through this company ever again. They are rude and unprofessional and don't value clients. They should value clients in this day and age especially in a recession. I again tried and was dealt with in an unsatisfactory manner. I want my deposit back in full.
