REFUSAL TO RETURN BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

<p>Spend weekend (fri,sat,sun) at Umdloti self catering unit at Sugar Beach. Total of R5000 incl deposit, no towels, no service, no houskeeping.</p> <p>Totally disappointed when my deposit of R1000 was not returned. Claim of vomit on floor ****rue) and left airconditoner on (true).</p> <p>Asked them to review, management descision stands.</p> <p>Nothing was broken, no floors were stained, yes bedding was not put back which is one of their ridiculous conditions only to find this on their website on not on the email correspondence.</p> <p>Resolution, want my deposit back.</p>
