Umbro poor service

Ordered Umbro package from SA Umbro website. Did not get any feedback on shipping until I emailed repeatedly. After 7 days I received stock reply about shipping taking 5-7 days and an excuse about black Friday sales. Still no sign of parcel. Finally got a shipping number out of them more than a week later. It does not work on the delivery company's parcel tracking website. Really poor service and I strongly recommend against ordering online from the South African Umbro.
