Poor customer Service from Umbro and DPD LASER

Poor Customer Service from Umbro and its delivery team campany DPD Laser I placed(paid in full) an order on the 20th of March 2022 via Umbro S.A online store, to this day I haven't received an expected order. DPD Laser says they couldn't deliver the order to my address because they couldn't find it which is weird because Superbalist always find where I reside. Yet no one called to tell me that I had to call them first seek clarification. Yesterday on the 28 March 2022 I called them to change the address, and the Consultant said they will deliver today but my surprise when I call them today to check are they still coming or not. They said my Order will be delivered tomorrow because my new address was updated today. Mxm
